We're excited to have you join us in creating the largest & most structured network of Oceanians worldwide. Here in the Oceanian Network, we are building a united network across the vast & diverse regions of Oceania, bringing together people from both the Pacific Islands & the Australian continent. Your journey begins here.
How to Join:
To help organize our Network better, we have divided the Oceanian Network into 2 Plazas based on geographical regions. Each Plaza corresponds to different countries & territories within Oceania, so you can connect/meet up with people from your area & engage in focused discussions & initiatives. If you travel or have ties to other regions, you may also join more than one Plaza.

Countries: Australia 🇦🇺, New Zealand 🇳🇿, Palau 🇵🇼, Samoa 🇼🇸, Tonga 🇹🇴, Tuvalu 🇹🇻
2. Plaza:
Countries: Fiji 🇫🇯, Kiribati 🇰🇮, Marshall Islands 🇲🇭, Micronesia 🇫🇲, Nauru 🇳🇷, Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬, Solomon Islands 🇸🇧, Vanuatu 🇻🇺
The Recruitment Process:
Before joining your selected Plaza, we want to ensure that you are a good fit for our Network & that you align with our mission. Follow these steps:
Select Your Plaza: Choose the Plaza that corresponds to your country/region & click "Apply Now" [button is below].
Submit Your Application: Inside the Typeform, you'll find questions for you to answer. Fill out the application form & follow the guidelines provided.
Go Through the Recruitment Process: After submitting your application, our team will review it. We will contact you with the next steps. During this time, you will not be able to interact with other members until you complete the recruitment process. If you're approved, you will officially become part of the Oceanian Network & gain access to your Plaza.

Respect & Unity: This Network is built on respect, collaboration, & a shared vision of progress. Together, we aim to uplift & empower each other to achieve greatness.
Completely Free: Joining the Plazas is completely free, with no costs involved. However, because there is no financial barrier to entry, we take the recruitment process seriously. We do not accept everyone—only those who are genuinely committed to the mission & values of the Network. Please be sure to follow the application guidelines carefully.
Path to Leadership: Each member of the corresponding Plazas has the opportunity to prove themselves & advance to the role of "Patrón" (Leader) of their Plaza. The "Patrón" is the one responsible for managing the Plaza, guiding its growth, & acting as a leader within the Network. This is a prestigious position, & it requires dedication, leadership, & a commitment to fostering a positive & productive environment.
